Having problems connecting with your dialup modem?
Shut down and re-start your computer. Often times
rebooting your computer will resolve any issue your are having.
Password error, make sure your caps lock is not on and
retype your password before trying to connect again. The system will
only allow you 10 attempts then will lock you out. Call 989-453-4393 and
will reset the bad login count.
In some cases
special settings for your modem will help you get connected. If you call
the office we can help you to look at your control panel to find your
modem brand. With that information we can help you to lower the port
speed for your modem and setup a modem initialization string.
If you need a modem replaced we have bench service in the
Pigeon office to replace your modem. If you live closer
to a Thumb Cellular office, you can drop your computer off there and it
will be transported to Pigeon to be worked on.
