Windows Vista -
Dialup Setup
- From the Start Menu, click on Control Panel >
Network and Internet> Network and Sharing Center.
- From the Tasks list of the left, choose Set up a
connection or network.
- Select set up a dialup connection and click Next.
- Enter the local Dial-up access number, User name,
and Password. Place a check in the box next “Remember this password”
if desired. To find your local access number click here.
- Click on the Connect button at the bottom of
window.
- Once the connection is successful, you will have
an opportunity to save it for future use, which you should do.
- Next time you want to connect go to Start>
Connect To> Launch the dialup connection.
